Sunrises on Monday and Tuesday

As stressful as my job can be (working left-to-middle of nowhere, in rustic conditions, with about fifty men), the sunrises can’t be beat.

Yep, it's still Monday. I have to leave for work at in order that I arrive at least a half hour early for picture taking time, so I won't be late for work.

  1. How wonderful to drive to work with those magnificent sunrises as the backdrop to your journey. However stressful and hard the rest of your working day might be, at least you have had the good fortune to witness the beginning of a new day, in all it’s glorious technicolour. I love that you leave half an hour earlier just so you can spend some time admiring and photographing, I know that I would want to do just the same xoxo

    • You’re absolutely right! When I feel stressed, I try to take a moment, run outside and soak up the beauty of nature. I feel very lucky to work in such a magnificent setting. xoxo

  2. These are lovely and definitely the best way to start a day. My ride to work is much better when I witness skies like these.
I did not see your recent posts for some reason. The banner at the top says I am following you, but I don’t get notices of your entries. Bummer.

    • That happens to me, too. Not sure what that’s about!

Lovely of you to stop by and take the time to comment, Steve. And you’re right. How can our day be bad when it starts out with a beautiful sky to admire? I say you’d really have to work hard at it!
